Adding the App

1. Get in touch with us at [email protected]. We will provide you with credentials that you can use to log in to app.meetthyme.com.
2. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
3. Search for Thyme and install that application.

Usage

After installing the Thyme bot, it will join all your meetings, though you retain the freedom to accept it or remove it from each meeting.

You can cease usage at any time by uninstalling the Thyme Zoom app, as detailed in the next step, and you can request the cancellation of your account and the removal of all your data by emailing us at [email protected]

Once the bot joins, it collects the participants' names and email addresses and records the audio and video of the call.

This recording is then transcribed and summarized, and the results can be accessed through our authenticated portal. As explained above, all information stays private, you can ask for removal at any time.

Removing the App

1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "XYZ" app.
3. Click the "XYZ" app.
4. Click Remove.
5. Email us at [email protected] to request the cancellation of your Thyme account and the removal of all your data.
